VIP, loyalty & bonuses ​

Rewards are what keep players coming back, and Swagg Bet stacks several of them: a VIP ladder driven by play, periodic bonuses tied to VIP status, rakeback on losses, and a flexible bonus system that powers everything from welcome offers to promo codes.

The VIP ladder ​

Players earn XP by wagering. As XP accumulates they climb levels defined by the operations team in the loyalty configuration. Each level carries its own perks — a rakeback percentage, periodic bonuses, sometimes a VIP manager or faster payouts.

The VIP page shows where a player stands: current level and tier, progress toward the next one, total wagered, their rakeback rate, and any bonuses waiting to be claimed.

Rakeback ​

Rakeback returns a slice of what a player wagered, win or lose. It is claimable once every 24 hours and is calculated from the last day's wagering against an assumed house edge, scaled by the rakeback percentage attached to the player's level. Higher levels rake back more.

Periodic VIP bonuses ​

Levels can unlock recurring bonuses — daily, weekly, monthly, and reload offers. Available bonuses appear on the VIP page; the player claims one by id, or the platform generates the periodic bonus for their level and type. Claimed bonuses land in the bonus balance with their own wagering requirement.

The bonus system ​

Underneath the VIP perks sits a general bonus engine built around templates. A template defines what the reward is and when it fires, and operators configure them in the promotions area. From the player's side, the moments a bonus appears are:

  • On registration — a welcome offer.
  • On deposit — a match or top-up.
  • Via promo code — entered in the wallet or on the VIP page.
  • From a segment or a calendar window — targeted campaigns.

Each bonus a player holds shows its wagering requirement and progress. They can activate a pending bonus, watch the wagering count down as they play, and cancel one if they would rather free up their real balance for withdrawal. Promo codes are validated when redeemed — including checks like deposit history — so an ineligible code is rejected rather than silently granted.

Why an active bonus matters ​

The recurring theme across rewards is wagering. While a bonus is active and its wagering is unmet, real-money withdrawals are blocked. This is by design, and it is surfaced clearly in the wallet so a player understands why a withdrawal is unavailable and what it would take to unlock it.
